Happy New Year! | Actor head shots and family photography in Suffolk
Hi guys, Happy New Year! I hope you all had a lovely Christmas despite the strange circumstances and I really hope you are all doing okay!
I thought I’d kick start 2021 with a new years blog post to talk a little bit about my focus for this year, some new exciting plans and I’ve included some unseen images from before Christmas as I never got a chance to post them! So a bit of a random mix match :)
So this year I’m going to be putting a lot more focus into my actor, dancer and model head shots. They are one of my favourite photo session and I just love helping to bring out character, emotion and feeling in my customers whilst making them feel as relaxed as possible. I also love that I have a rough brief to work to.. having to produce a portfolio that is going to ultimately get my client work feels very rewarding and gives the shoot a fun purpose.
I’m not only going to be conducting actor, dancer and model head shots in Essex areas but I’ll also be branching out to surrounding areas such as London and Kent.
I can’t wait to take these photo sessions to the next level! Lets just say there may be a few new purchases on the way and some exciting practice shoots coming up to try out a few new lighting techniques I have in mind.
Now my exciting news (well it’s exciting for me at least) :)
I now have a second home in Suffolk! This means discovering new, beautiful areas which is just so exciting to me. It also means I can hopefully build up a whole new client base in this area which would be really lovely. I have heard that there are some gorgeous flower fields around the Haverhill and Clare area which would be amazing for my outdoor, family photography sessions in the spring and summer months. I can’t wait to get exploring!! If anyone stumbles across this post from the Suffolk area I’d love to hear if you have any recommendations for pretty family photography spots!
Now there’s no smooth transition here but I’ve just included these images for those of you that didn’t get to see some of my Christmas tree farm sessions, with a few unseen images thrown in the mix. Enjoy :)
I hope everyone is doing okay and hanging in there! We will get through this!
